The Board of Directors (a.k.a. Managing Committee) is the executive and administrative body of the Parish responsible for the day-to-day operations and implementation of decisions made by the General Body. The Board shall function in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Bylaw/Constitution and under the spiritual leadership of Vicar.
